Hello Everyone,
What a beautiful month of community we shared. I’m filled with deep gratitude for everyone who joined our gatherings and for the relationships that are growing stronger between us. The mantra, “We cannot do this work alone,” continues to ring true—and here, we are not alone.
Our Solstice gathering was warm and welcoming, even with the rain gently falling. It was heartening to witness different people offering their gifts to help weave the event together. Experiencing the medicine and presence of other healers in this space reminded me: this is what true community looks like—each soul bringing their unique gift to the table, for the good of us all.
Last month, everyone present at these gatherings held the space for healing. We wept, we laughed, we opened to the goodness of Spirit as one. Everyone felt safe. You just can't ask for more than that.
Thoughts about transitions.
It seemed that the theme for last month was transitions. If I could caption it, I would say, "Abundance does not flow from scarcity." There were many people ready to release and let go so they can expand and grow into deeper places of healing or to the next leap in their life's journey. However, transitions can be overwhelming. The feeling of being suspended between two places can be dysregulating as we release the pull of the old and transition into the new. If you are experiencing the weight of transition, know you are not alone.
Regulation through Vibrational Sound Therapy.
We are living in difficult times. And stress and emotion can live in the body long after the moment has passed. Vibrational sound therapy is a service I offer to help people rest, heal, and regulate their nervous systems. It’s gentle, grounding, and deeply restorative.
Most of you have experienced a sound bath with me, but do you know I also offer individual vibrational sound therapy sessions? In these sessions, I use therapeutic Himalayan singing bowls directly on the body for an immersive experience with sound and vibration. You stay fully clothed and simply rest while I play the bowls. The sound and vibration travel through your body like a gentle massage, helping to clear energy, calm your nervous system, and ease tension. Many find this experience deeply meditative and are able to access points of healing during their journey.
Just like the Earth, our bodies are about 70% water. These vibrational frequencies move through us with ease, penetrating deeply and flowing through the tissues, cells, and energy pathways. As the bowls are played, the body receives sound as both a physical and energetic invitation to return to a state of harmony.
Each session is 90 minutes long to create spaciousness for anything that arises. We move at your pace to process anything that comes up—emotionally, physically, or energetically.
If you’re curious or feeling the pull to experience on-the-body vibrational sound therapy, I’d love to hear from you. I offer sessions Thursday through Saturday in Onalaska, WA. Sliding-scale options are available. To book a session or learn more, please visit the Vibrational Sound Therapy page.
Share your gift with us?
Building this community has never been about me at the center stage. It's always been about empowering others to grow within their own medicine. I have listened as many of you are ready to explore launching your healing practice or reigniting your gifts in service to others. If you'd like to share your gift with our community, I'd love to discuss what you feel called to do.
Join an event.
I'm so excited for summer events. Maybe you can join one? We have a few sound baths, a retreat, and a plant medicine ceremony.
And we love gathering around the fire and hanging out, so we might do more of that and just be in community. If you have any suggestions, I'd love to hear them.
Peace & Love
Angela
