Hello Reader,
There’s a part of you that has always known how to speak in the language of your soul. A voice and a sound that was authentic and powerful, before words, before performance, before you were ever asked to quiet down or make yourself smaller.
If you’ve been feeling a pull to reclaim your voice more deeply, not just how you speak, but how your whole being expresses, I’d love you to join me for Primal Voice, a 1-day shamanic sound and voice workshop at my home in Onalaska, WA.
On Saturday, January 24, from 12–5 PM, we’ll gather in an intimate, trauma-informed space to explore your voice as medicine for your nervous system, your intuition, and your ancestral line.
We’ll move slowly and with intention through:
- Somatic grounding and gentle movement to help your body feel safe and present
- Breathwork and vocal toning to soften tension in the throat, jaw, and chest
- Space to explore light or ancestral language as it naturally wants to emerge
- Shamanic-style sound journeying to deepen your connection with guides, inner knowing, and spirit
- Practices to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and psychic/intuitive clarity
This is not a performance or singing workshop. You do not need to have a “good” voice, feel confident, or know anything about shamanic work. You are welcome exactly as you are.
Primal Voice is especially supportive if you:
- You’ve felt silenced, shut down, or like you’ve had to shape-shift your voice to be acceptable
- You sense there is a deeper layer to your sound. One that's more honest, more wild, more tender, and that you haven’t been able to express.
- You feel drawn to shamanic sound, ancestral or intuitive language, but want to explore it in a grounded, trauma-informed space.
