Chakra Awakening Retreat

Happy (Almost) Fall 🍂🍂🍂

We are on the cusp of our Fall Equinox, the moment in the year when light and dark come into near balance. It’s a quiet reminder from the Earth that balance is not something we hold forever but something we return to, again and again, as life shifts and moves.

This year, the Equinox arrives in the heart of Eclipse Season, so the energy feels even more tender and transformative. Eclipses can bring change, sometimes sudden, sometimes uncomfortable, but always with purpose. They help us clear what’s heavy so that space can open for what wants to grow.

During this time, you may notice your thoughts leaning toward harmony and beauty, a longing to express yourself with more softness. You may also feel the pull inward, to tend to your body, your rhythms, your daily rituals of care. These are not small things, but rather the foundations of balance, with the Solar Eclipse offering fertile ground for new beginnings in distinct areas of our lives.

Equinox brings us into the sign of Libra. It's our month's sun sign. (if your sun is in Libra. Happy Birthday month) Together, these energies ask us to pause and reflect. Where in my life am I giving too much? Where am I holding back? Where do I ache for greater balance? Libra doesn’t ask us for perfection, only for presence.

Below is a passage from the Tao Te Ching that really captures the essence of balance in life.

If you want to become whole,
let yourself be partial.
If you want to become straight,
let yourself be crooked.
If you want to become full,
let yourself be empty.
If you want to be reborn,
let yourself die.

Tao Te Ching, Chapter 22

This teaching reminds us that true balance is not symmetry carved in stone. It’s the grace of allowing opposites to belong, the art of returning to the center even when life feels uneven.

This Equinox, I invite you to take a quiet moment for yourself. Light a candle. Place one hand on your heart and the other on your belly. Breathe. Ask softly: Where do I need more balance? Where do I need more softness? Let the answers rise slowly, like autumn leaves drifting to the earth.

May this season hold you with gentleness. May you move with ease between giving and receiving, between effort and rest, between what has been and what is ready to emerge.

With love and sound,
Angela

The Primal Voice is a 5-part series carefully grounded in energy work and your nervous system to awaken you to experiencing your native sound. This is not a vocal class. We are not grasping to sing in tune or style, but to feel what our primal voice, the voice of generations that runs through our bones, feels and sounds like when it is unhindered. Together, we will embark on a journey to release blockages that prevent you from accessing your primal voice. We will be in a small container to create a safe, encouraging atmosphere and to hold space for each other during this process. Many of us feel as though our voices have been silenced in various ways. Now is the time to unleash the power of your voice to heal and to manifest.

My heart wants to do this right now. But I understand that we are about to enter the holiday season. So, I have a poll for you so we can plan accordingly.

Please feel free to email me with any questions about this event.

Also, I'm trying something new with this poll. I would love it if you all let me know how it works for you.

Upcoming Fall Events

Sound Journey + Fire Ritual

Each month around the full moon, we come together to honor her energy and everything she stirs in us. We meet in the yurt tucked away in the meadow, surrounded by trees and stars.

It’s a cozy space with comfortable floor futons where you can fully unwind, and now with even more comfort. You’ll experience a sound bath with crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and ancestral songs that help you soften, release, and realign.

We keep the group small. There are just five spots for October. I'd love for you to join.

When: Oct 10 | Nov 1 | Dec 6 @ 7:00 PM
Energy Exchange: $30-45
Where: Onalaska, WA

New Moon Gong Bath at The Hive | Centralia, WA

Join us at The Hive in Centralia for a deeply restorative New Moon Gong Bath. The vibrations of the gong create a meditative soundscape that helps release stress, clear stagnant energy, and invite fresh intentions. What happens in a private session?

Private sessions are designed to meet you where you need it most and are tailored to your unique nervous system and emotional, spiritual, or physical needs. We begin with a consultation to co-create a clear intention and set the stage for your session, which can include nervous system training, vibrational sound therapy, sound healing, Reiki, and intuitive coaching. My focus with every session is to meet you where you are to offer grounded, heart-centered support.

If you feel called, I'd love to share this beautiful healing space with you.

Thank you for being part of this tribe. I believe wholeheartedly that above all else, we need each other to heal, to grow, and to evolve.

May your heart be filled with peace.
